All International orders are shipped via standard air mail (FLAT rate $11 USD) via Australia Post.
Delivery is FREE for all overseas orders from $120 USD.

If parcels can not be delivered to your international address and you are unable to be contacted, the package will be abandoned due to the high cost of return postage.
International Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside Australia) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. Duties and taxes are not included in the checkout total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country and are collected at the time of delivery by the recipient. LeonNata is not responsible for these fees. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
When selecting your items, please carefully consider the dimensions and weight of the earrings as described in the product description.
We regret to inform you that, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings in case of a change of mind or incorrect choice.
Also we do not offer refund on gift cards.

Damages and issues
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delivered damaged, we kindly request that you take a photograph before opening it so that we can appropriately address the situation with our delivery company.

Colours can sometimes appear differently on screens, which is why we happily offer FREE samples of our 25 clay colours to help you choose with confidence.
These are the exact clay colours used in our earrings, and we’ll carefully pack and send your samples on the very same day ✨
If your earrings arrive damaged or develop a fault within 30 days of purchase, I’ll happily repair or replace them for you.
Each pair is individually handmade and unique, so slight variations may occur if a replacement is needed - but I’ll always make it as close to the original as possible.
