We regret to inform you that, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for earrings in case of a change of mind or incorrect choice.
Also we do not offer refund on gift cards.

Damages and issues
In the unfortunate event that your parcel is delivered damaged, we kindly request that you take a photograph before opening it so that we can appropriately address the situation with our delivery company.

- Always store jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Store pieces away from other items to prevent scratches.
- Avoid contact with makeup, hair products, tanning products, and perfume as it may stain or damage the jewellery.
- Avoid contact with alcohol as it may dissolve the polymer clay.
- Do not shower or swim with jewellery on.
- Gently clean with a baby wipe if needed.
- Please also keep jewellery away from little hands and mouths, little pieces can be a choking hazard.
- The best way to store jewellery is to hang it on a stand to avoid accidental breakage.

That's why we offer FREE samples of our 18 clay colours. These samples are the actual colours used in our products, and we will happily send them to you on the same day!

If you have any problems with your earrings within 30 days of purchase, simply email us and let us know.
If we need to replace a part of the earrings, please bear in mind that as each piece is individually sculpted and unique, the replacement may not be an exact match, but we'll make sure it's as close as we can get.
