If your earrings arrive damaged or develop a fault within 30 days of purchase, I’ll happily repair or replace them for you. Each pair is individually handmade and unique, so slight variations may occur if a replacement is needed - but I’ll always make it as close to the original as possible. I truly appreciate every order and want you to feel confident shopping with my small business.
